I am a local. I have given Billy Burger a number of tries, but every time I go again, I remember why I don't go there regularly. First, I think it is overpriced for the small town we live in. Every time I go, I also get fries and they always end up being overcooked/burned. I will tell them and they don't refund or remake the fries. The bakery is good, but the burgers and fries aren't worth the money. I would much rather drive to September Farm ten minutes away and get a toasted cheese and tomato soup. The food is consistently good there amd its cheap.
When I went the place was busy. They make your food fresh, and it was worth the wait. Very friendly service...original items on the menu as well as some traditional items. The bakery items look delicious. In fact, they came around and offered a sample of their macaroon brownie. This is a terrific place for lunch and dinner. If you are looking for a date night idea, this would be a great place for dessert.
Friendliest staff around. The burger patties themselves left a little to be desired, but everything else about the burgers was perfect, which made for overall, really great burgers. Their handcut fries were really perfect and weren't greasy at all. Our milkshake was great too!
Bought some delicious deserts but wanted a cup of coffee. Coffee wasn't mark clearly. One pot was empty and the other was half full. Coffee was very strong even with lots of cream. My wife decided against coffee and said something about not wanting it and server never ask if there was a problem or did we want our money back. Threw mine away and went to Dunkin Donuts. Service is usually wonderful. But if you are serving breakfast coffee should be good, fresh and hot. Need to work on their customer service.
Hamburger was very tasty and prepared fresh. I just wanted a side of fries, but the only option was one that would feed 2 or 3 people. I also had a chocolate shake and lunch was almost $18! There are cupcakes and I didn't order any because all the flavors were too clever for me. What happened to a regular, chocolate cupcake? Anyway, the food is good but can add up fast. I don't that I will be back.
